6 rooms are $165.00 per week
2 rooms are $185.00 per week
1 larger room is $200.00 per week

821 Linden Avenue offers single & double occupancy rooms:
3 single occupancy rooms are $200.00 per week
2 double occupancy rooms are $175.00 per week

Each house is clean, recently renovated and offers convenient access to stores and bus routes.
